It is pretty unique to have a group of three siblings who are equally talented and interested in being musicians. Not only can they sing and play instruments but they write songs as well. Their first single from their self-titled debut album “Hip to my Heart” was written by the trio and Brett Beavers which landed at number 20 on the country music charts.

Their next single “If I Die Young” Kimberly wrote completely on her own and the song hit number 1 on country music charts and number 14 on the Billboard Hot 100! For artists who were just recently signed to Republic Nashville, this showed their amazing potential! They were going places as FAST! Their next three singles “You Lie“, “All Your Life” and “Postcard from Paris” hit numbers 2, 1, and 6 on the country charts. The entire album sold over 1 million copies.

The newest single “Chainsaw was just released last month on March 3rd.

Not only is The Band Perry uniquely talented but they have so much heart. They offered to cover the burial expenses for 9 people, a mother and 8 of her children, killed in an accidental house fire in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky. Also, they are paying for the family members’ hotel expenses while the father and only surviving daughter are in Vanderbilt University Medical Center, in Nashville, TN being treated for burns.
